01 · Materials and sustainability
I work with recycled silver, brass, and gold, as well as eco-resin, discarded wood, and ceramics. Each material is carefully chosen with environmental impact in mind. All my packaging is eco-friendly — recycled or compostable — because details also matter.
I would love to offer them, but Mexican postal regulations do not allow shipping gold, neither nationally nor internationally. Gold pieces are available only as custom orders with direct pickup at the workshop. If you are interested, write to me, and we can talk.
Because each piece is handcrafted, one by one. Slight variations in texture, shape, or size are a natural part of the artisanal process — they are what make your piece truly unique and irreplaceable. It's the charm of wabi-sabi: the beauty of handmade imperfection.
02 · Sizing

Yes. Line rings can be exchanged for size within the first 5 calendar days after receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Check my Purchase Policies for all the details.
The measurements of each piece are specified in its description. If you are unsure whether a size is right for you, write to me before buying, and I will gladly guide you.
03 · Orders and production
I do! Each piece is entirely handmade by me. Pieces that require lost-wax casting or highly specialized settings are made in collaboration with a trusted workshop under fair trade principles. In all cases, the design, supervision, and final finish are mine.
Yes, with pleasure — although always within my own artistic language. I do not replicate designs from other brands or artists. I also offer custom hand stamping for an additional cost.

Because each order begins production as soon as it is confirmed, investing materials and time exclusively for you. That is why, once confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding — it is part of what makes each piece special!

We ship to Mexico, all of the Americas, non-EU Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Palestine. Some countries have special restrictions:

With 18 years of experience shipping jewelry — from my Etsy shop (since 2008) and 7 years on my own platform — we have a very low history of lost packages. Basically, there are some minor delays due to customs, which we always handle with an escort.

Yes, always! All pieces arrive ready to gift, wrapped in recycled and eco-friendly materials, with reused protection, and including a card that says "from me to you". If you wish to add a personalized message, just let me know when placing your order.
05 · Payments and pricing
We accept PayPal, Mercado Pago, Dikua gift cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Yes, we offer 3 months interest-free (3 MSI).
Each platform has different cost structures — Etsy charges commissions in USD. My final profit is the same on both. Buying directly here supports my project more directly.
Customs duties are the responsibility of each destination country and the buyer. It is not within my ability to calculate or pay them in advance (DDP), so if any charges apply, they will be collected upon receipt of the package.
06 · Policies and warranties
Yes, all Dikua pieces come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is not right, I will repair it and return it to you in perfect condition.
Write to me at [email protected] within the first 72 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the product and packaging. Manufacturing defects are covered — I will guide you through every step of the process.
Returns apply only in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects. They do not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces. Instead of a monetary refund, a store credit is issued for the total value of your purchase. You can see all the details in my Purchase Policies.
