How do I know my ring size?
I use US sizes. Check my blog for a sizing guide.

Note:

• Wide/stackable rings: Go half a size up.

• Open rings: Fit slightly loose.

What materials do you use? Are they sustainable?
I work with reclaimed silver, brass, and gold, plus eco-resin, salvaged wood, and ceramics. All packaging is eco-friendly (recycled/compostable).

Why aren’t gold pieces listed online?
Due to Mexican postal restrictions, neither standard mail nor couriers allow gold shipments (domestic/international). Available only for custom orders picked up in-store.

2. Orders & Production

Who makes the jewelry?
Me! Each piece is entirely handcrafted by me, except for lost-wax castings or specialized settings (I collaborate with a fair-trade workshop for delicate work).

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, but only in my artistic style. I don’t replicate others’ designs. Hand stamping is available (extra cost). Custom orders require full prepayment.

Which countries do you ship to?

• Yes: Mexico, all Americas, non-EU Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Palestine.

• No: EU (due to complex regulations like GPSR/REP) and Israel (for ethical reasons).

How is shipping security handled?
As a pioneer of online artisan jewelry sales in Mexico since 2008 (with thousands of successful shipments to 4 continents!), I prioritize safety:

• Trackable shipping:

  • Mexico: Certified Mail (with tracking & signature).

  • International: Registered Mail (trackable until it leaves Mexico).

• Proven track record:
  16 years shipping via Etsy and my platform. Zero lost packages (minor customs delays resolved promptly).

• Extra options:

  • CDMX/Metro Area: Hand-delivered by appointment.

  • Private couriers (DHL/FedEx) are available worldwide (ask for quotes).

Why do prices vary vs. Etsy?
Platform fees differ (Etsy charges commissions in USD). My net profit is the same on both.

Do you accept installments?
Yes, via Mercado Pago or PayPal (subject to their terms).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email photos to [email protected]. Manufacturing defects (reported within ≤10 days) are covered.

Why no cancellations?
Each order is made exclusively for you, with materials and time invested upfront. Thank you for understanding!
