1. Production and Delivery Times

I work as an artisan jeweler, meaning I create each piece with care and dedication. Most items in the store are available for purchase, but not always physically in stock. If your piece needs to be manufactured, these are the estimated delivery times:

- Standard pieces: 5 business days.

- Cast or lost-wax pieces: 10-15 business days (plus shipping time).

- In-stock pieces: Shipping in ≤3 business days.

During December or peak seasons, delivery times may be extended. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know before purchasing!

2. Standard Shipping

Domestic (Mexico):

- Mexico City: Immediate courier service (24 hours, 1 delivery attempt).

- Within the country: Correos Mexicanos (1-2 weeks).

International:

- Correo Mexicanos (2-6 weeks depending on destination).

- Important: Buyers are responsible for import taxes and customs procedures. Declaring a lower value on the package is illegal.

Notes:

- If, after arranging delivery, you are not at home on the first delivery attempt (Mexico City only), the package will be returned to the courier, and you will be required to cover the cost of a new delivery.

- Free shipping uses certified mail (no private courier).

- For Brazil, only a private courier (for reliability).

- We do not ship to the EU or Israel.

3. Payments and Prices

Prices are set in MXN, but the non-Spanish version of the store will be seen in USD as a reference for foreign shoppers (including 16% VAT, as required by Mexican law)*.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards.
• Cash at convenience stores (OXXO, 7-Eleven, etc.).
• Installment payments via apps (Mercado Pago, PayPal, etc.).

*The final charge will be reflected in your local currency based on the daily exchange rate.

- Prices may be adjusted without notice due to silver market fluctuations.

4. Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

- I do not accept cancellations. Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and dedication from the moment of purchase. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations. Thank you for supporting artisanal work!

If you need to modify your purchase (e.g., change size or design), please contact me ASAP at [email protected], and I will do my best to help you.

- Returns: Only for manufacturing defects (you must report them within 10 days and send proof).

- I cover regular shipping costs (not express shipping).

- Custom orders: Returns do not apply (only repair/replacement if there are defects).

5. Personalized Items

- I work on my designs or creations based on my style.

- Full payment is required upon design confirmation.

- Production time varies depending on complexity.

6. Warranty

All jewels have a 12-month warranty against defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. After this time, repairs will be charged.

7. Invoicing

Request it from [email protected] within one month of purchase, attaching your current Mexican Tax Status Certificate. Late invoices are not issued.

If your purchase is from abroad and you require a receipt, please request it from the contact email.
