Every piece that leaves my studio carries 18 years of experience, artisan love, and dedication. Along the way I've had the honor of accompanying hundreds of people across four continents, and my top priority remains the same: that you feel completely happy with your purchase. 01 · Warranty & Care
All Dikua pieces include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece presents a covered issue during that period, I will repair it and return it to you in perfect condition.
This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, impact, or mishandling. To keep your piece looking its best for years to come, I share care tips that make a real difference.
Maintenance
Handcrafted jewelry may need a little professional attention over time to recover its original shine. If that's your case, visit my Jewelry Maintenance page or write to me at [email protected] with the word "Maintenance" in the subject line.
Important note about shipping: Please make sure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. In case of packages lost by the postal service or sent to incorrect addresses due to buyer error, Dikua Jewelry cannot be held responsible.
02 · Exchanges
I know that finding the right ring size online can be a challenge. That's why I recommend consulting my Size Guide or this blog article before purchasing — they're there to help you get it right the first time. If you still need an exchange, I'm happy to help.
Which pieces can be exchanged?
Time frame: Exchanges are valid within the first 5 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Condition of the piece
For the exchange to be approved, the piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange
Write to me at [email protected], and I'll do my best to find the right solution for you. I respond to emails within 1 to 2 business days. If you write on a weekend or public holiday, I'll get back to you the next business day. For quicker queries, you can also reach me on WhatsApp, where automated assistance is available.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must include a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
03 · Returns
As a solo maker, every piece represents a great deal of work and care. For this reason, returns are accepted exclusively in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects — rare, but something I take full responsibility for when they occur.
A note about handmade jewelry
Slight aesthetic variations, minor irregularities, and unique details you may notice in your piece are a natural part of the handmade process. They are precisely what makes your piece truly one-of-a-kind — the charm of wabi-sabi — and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Did you receive a defective piece?
Please report it within the first 72 hours of receiving your order by sending clear photos of the product and the issue to [email protected]. The sooner you reach out, the faster I can help.
Return conditions
About refunds: Instead of a monetary refund, a store credit for the full value of your purchase will be issued, so you can freely choose a new design of equal or greater price.
