Everyday wear exposes your silver and brass jewelry to factors such as sweat, moisture, cosmetics, and minor friction that can gradually dull its shine or loosen its components. Regular professional maintenance helps:

A no-commitment quote

The cost of each repair or maintenance service depends entirely on the type of work required. Every piece and its wear are unique. Once I receive it at the studio, I will assess it carefully and provide you with a detailed, no-commitment quote before any work is carried out.

Important: We only perform repairs and maintenance on pieces from our own Dikua Jewelry designs. This allows us to guarantee the quality of our materials and the excellence of our work.

04 · Request maintenance

Does your piece need care?

If your Dikua piece has lost its exquisite matte or dark finish, needs a repair, or you'd simply like to give it preventive care, I'd be delighted to help.

How to request it

Write to me at [email protected] using the word "Maintenance" in the subject line, and include your name and a brief description of what you need. Adding photos of your piece's current condition will be very helpful. I'll send you shipping instructions and all the following details.

You can also reach me on WhatsApp, where automated assistance is available. I respond to emails personally within 1 to 2 business days. If you write on a weekend or public holiday, I'll get back to you the next business day.
