Exchanges
I completely understand that finding the right ring size can sometimes be a challenge! To help you, I invite you to consult my Ring Sizes Guide or read this blog post before making your purchase.
For an exchange to be possible, please consider the following:
What can be exchanged?
Only rings can be exchanged.
If your ring is a regular piece, the exchange is for a different size only.
If it is a unique piece, you can exchange it for another design in the shop of equal or greater value. If you choose a more expensive design, you will need to cover the price difference.
Exchange period:
Exchanges are only valid within the first 5 calendar days after you receive your order.
Item Conditions:
To be eligible for an exchange, the jewelry must be in perfect condition: unused, undamaged, with its original packaging, and complete.
Managing Your Exchange:
As a small business, I am unable to cover additional shipping costs. Therefore, the exchange process (shipping the original piece to the workshop and the new piece to your address) is entirely at the buyer's expense. Once you select your new piece, a payment link will be sent to cover the shipping costs; the new piece will be shipped once this payment has been processed.
Exchanges are not accepted for custom or made-to-order pieces.

Returns
As a small business owner, each piece is very special. Therefore, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. I am extremely careful with my work, but I understand that exceptional imperfections may occur.
Important note: Imperfections inherent in handcrafted items and the unique nature of the materials are not considered manufacturing defects. Each handmade piece has slight variations that are part of its character and beauty, and therefore, are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or warranty.
Reporting defects:
If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, you must report it as soon as possible and within a maximum of 8 calendar days after receiving your purchase.
To expedite the process, please send me clear photographs of the product and the defect you found.
Return conditions:
The piece must be in perfect condition: unused, without additional damage, in its original packaging, and complete.
Return process:
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted on custom or made-to-order pieces (in these cases, only repair or replacement is available if there is an irreparable defect).
Regarding refunds:
No cash refunds are offered. In the case of a valid return, you will receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase, which you can use to choose a new design of the same or higher price.

Warranty and Maintenance
Your Dikua jewelry is made to last. That's why all my pieces include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty covers repairs to pieces with covered defects, ensuring they are returned to you in perfect condition. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, impacts, or mistreatment. To keep your pieces in perfect condition, please follow my care instructions.
Handcrafted jewelry, like any object in constant use, requires maintenance after a while to restore its original style and beauty.

Important: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and that the order can be received there. Otherwise, additional reshipping or logistics handling charges may apply.
